Liam Costar is a Melbourne based multi- disciplinary creative working across both physical and audio mediums. His body of work although genre crossing and bending is bound together under a central theme and ambience.
His work is created instinctively, with consideration to natural landscapes and environments. He uses this as a method of communication, immersin the viewer in an encompassing stream of consciousness, something Liam refers to as a “Mindscape”. He defines tha as; “The idea of being influenced by landscapes and soundscapes to produce what is in my mind. Amalgamating those observations with my thought processes birthed this new sense of ‘scape’.
