OIGÅLL PROJECTS is a gallery and conceptual testing ground located on Wurundjeri land at 122 Gertrude Street, Fitzroy, Melbourne (Naarm).

The gallery produces and host exhibitions, events and launches, celebrating and showcasing some of Melbournes best creative talents.

The versatile space presents a blank canvas for cyclical reinvention in collaboration with local creatives, unbound by history nor convention.

Pronounced ‘Oi-gul’ the project is named in honour of the late Gertrude Spilsbury aka Oigåll (1926 - 2018).

“Always highly creative, she never held back and gave everything a go. The combination of her attitude and the space being located on Gertrude Street – it just felt like the project had to be an homage to her.”
